lt is mainly used for shredding and recycling various thick-wall waste materials and leftover materials in

the plastic industry. It can effectively shred and crush large materials ( such as extra-thick head materials, nozzle materials, gate materials, large plastic pipe fittings, large-diameter thick-wall PE pipes, PE head materials, plastic packaging barrels, large bundles of plastic films, large bundles of woven bags, rolled films, paper, fibers, plastic boxes, plastic garbage cans, TV casings, computer shells,printer housings,copper wires, forklift pallets, plastic clamping plates, plastic turn over boxes, etc. ) and is suitable for crushing and recycling various materials of plastic,rubber and wood. Shredded particles can be small to 20mm according to different needs.

1.The main shaft is driven by gear reducer, running smoothly, with low noise and largetorque.

2.The material of the knife: Cr12MoV(Japanese brand SKD-11, American brand D2); themoving knife uses the "V" or "one" word installation way to make the knife cut evenly,reduce energy consumption and reduce noise in the whole work; each knife has 4 cuttingedges, and then rotates 90 degrees after wear; each set has 2 cutting edges. After wearing, it can be rotated for 180 degrees to continue to use; the blade on the rotor canbe disassembled for easy cleaning, maintenance.

3. We can supply different rollers according to different material. Choosing the right rollerscan improve machine performance and production efficiency. We can supply the followingthree rollers: High performance roller, hard material roller and film roller.

4. We have designed three different knives holders according to the material, such aswelded knife holders, assembled knife holders and CNC cutting knife holders.

Main Structures

Single shaft shredder consists of aknife disc and a static knife to complete shredding material.

Cutter iscomposed of a base shaft and severalshape quadrilateral knife block.

The blade can be used in four directions.Blade quality have 9CrSi,C12MoV,SKD-ll，D2 etc. Can be customizedaccording to customer.

The screen can be changed quickly, theaperture of the mesh is able to controlthe size of the output material.Special screen can be designedaccording to the type of your rawmaterials.

Hydraulic-driven pusher: The hydraulic-driven pusher is equippedwith an adjustable guide block and adoptsadvanced sealing design.Ash chute - remove the dust from thepusher in the shredding process so as toprotect the hydraulic system.

Double speed hydraulic system: Push the material box high speed back,maximize the output. The built-in oil/air cooling device is ableto meet the needs of continuous production.

PLC Intelligent control system : When the equipment is overloaded, theknife roller will turn and reverse automatically, and the equipment willstop working automatically when there isno feeding materials.
